The maintenance team immediately installed a customized anti-static device and used the independently developed "intelligent welding parameter matching system" to combine the chip material's thermal expansion coefficient, melting point and other data to re-optimize 12 core parameters such as laser pulse waveform and welding speed. In addition, in response to the needs of American customers for intelligent equipment, technicians also upgraded the remote diagnosis module for the welding machine to achieve fault warning and cloud-based parameter optimization. After the equipment resumed operation, the chip welding yield rate increased to 99.2%.
