Stable heat dissipation + high power output
The water-cooled fiber laser welding machine is a high-power welding device that cools the laser and optical components through a circulating water system. Product Intro
Stable operation
The laser generator generates a high-energy-density laser beam, which is transmitted to the welding head via an optical fiber. The laser beam is focused on the surface of the weldment, causing the weldment to melt rapidly to form a molten pool. At the same time, the welding head moves along the predetermined welding path, and the molten pool cools and solidifies to form a weld, thereby achieving welding. During the welding process, the water cooling system cools key components such as the laser generator and welding head to ensure stable operation of the equipment.
Optical system
It is composed of optical components such as reflectors and lenses, which transmit the laser beam from the laser generator to the welding head and perform processes such as focusing the beam.
Welding Head
It includes focusing lens, protective lens, nozzle, etc. The focusing lens focuses the laser beam on the surface of the weldment, the protective lens prevents dust from polluting the light path, and the nozzle is used to spray protective gas.
Water cooling system
It is usually composed of a chiller, a circulating water pump, a cooling pipe, etc. The chiller provides low-temperature cooling water, and the circulating water pump circulates the cooling water in the cooling pipe to take away the heat generated by the laser generator, welding head and other components.
Control System
Used to control various components of the laser welding machine, including laser power, welding speed, welding path, shielding gas flow and other parameters.
Workbench
Used to place weldments, which can be moved or rotated as needed to achieve welding at different positions and angles.
