High power cutting capability

High-power cutting capability: Equipped with high-power fiber lasers, the output power is usually several kilowatts or even higher, such as the common 10000W, 15000W, 30000W, etc. The high power enables it to quickly melt and vaporize metal materials, and can efficiently cut thicker metal plates. For example, a 30000W device can batch cut 70mm thick carbon steel.

High precision cutting

It uses high-precision transmission components, such as precision linear guides, ball screws, gear racks, etc., as well as high-performance servo motors and drivers. The positioning accuracy can reach ±0.05mm/m, and the repeat positioning accuracy can reach ±0.03mm/m. It can achieve precise cutting positioning and ensure the accuracy and consistency of the cutting size.

High-speed cutting

It has a high cutting speed, with a maximum positioning speed of 80m/min and above, and a maximum acceleration of 1.8g and above. With advanced CNC system and optimized cutting process, the speed can be significantly increased when cutting thin plates, thereby improving production efficiency.

Good cutting quality

The laser beam has a small focused spot, fine cutting lines, and narrow kerfs, generally around 0.1 - 0.2 mm1. The cut surface is smooth without burrs or slag, the heat-affected zone is small, and the local deformation of the workpiece is minimal, which can meet application scenarios with high cutting quality requirements.

High stability

The machine tool structure usually adopts a high-strength welded bed, and undergoes annealing and other processes to eliminate internal stress and ensure that the bed does not deform during long-term use4.
