High power table fiber laser cutting machine
High-power tabletop fiber laser cutting machines usually refer to cutting equipment equipped with fiber lasers above 10,000W (commonly 12,000W-30,000W). With "ultra-high-speed cutting and thick plate processing capabilities" as its core advantages, it is widely used in heavy industry, shipbuilding, energy and other scenes that require thick metal plate processing. Transmission and drive systems
Dual-drive structure: The X/Y axis adopts a "servo motor + precision rack/screw" dual-drive design (such as the German Henry rack), with a driving torque more than twice that of ordinary equipment, ensuring stability when cutting thick plates.
Heavy-load guide rails: linear rolling guide rails or hydrostatic guide rails (load capacity ≥ 500kg/m), combined with high-rigidity sliders, support work surface loads of 10-20 tons (suitable for plates thicker than 20mm).

High power cutting capability
High-power cutting capability: Equipped with high-power fiber lasers, the output power is usually several kilowatts or even higher, such as the common 10000W, 15000W, 30000W, etc. The high power enables it to quickly melt and vaporize metal materials, and can efficiently cut thicker metal plates. For example, a 30000W device can batch cut 70mm thick carbon steel.
High precision cutting
It uses high-precision transmission components, such as precision linear guides, ball screws, gear racks, etc., as well as high-performance servo motors and drivers. The positioning accuracy can reach ±0.05mm/m, and the repeat positioning accuracy can reach ±0.03mm/m. It can achieve precise cutting positioning and ensure the accuracy and consistency of the cutting size.
High-speed cutting
It has a high cutting speed, with a maximum positioning speed of 80m/min and above, and a maximum acceleration of 1.8g and above. With advanced CNC system and optimized cutting process, the speed can be significantly increased when cutting thin plates, thereby improving production efficiency.
Good cutting quality
The laser beam has a small focused spot, fine cutting lines, and narrow kerfs, generally around 0.1 - 0.2 mm1. The cut surface is smooth without burrs or slag, the heat-affected zone is small, and the local deformation of the workpiece is minimal, which can meet application scenarios with high cutting quality requirements.
High stability
The machine tool structure usually adopts a high-strength welded bed, and undergoes annealing and other processes to eliminate internal stress and ensure that the bed does not deform during long-term use4. At the same time, key components such as lasers, cutting heads, CNC systems, etc. are mostly well-known brand products with stable performance and low failure rate, which can achieve long-term continuous and stable operation.
Intelligence and Automation
Equipped with advanced CNC systems, such as the Bochu 8000 control system, it has a friendly human-computer interaction interface and is easy to operate. The system has powerful graphics processing capabilities and a cutting process parameter library, which can automatically adjust parameters according to different materials and cutting requirements. In addition, it can also be used in conjunction with automatic loading and unloading systems to achieve fully automated production from raw material loading, cutting to finished product unloading, improving production efficiency and reducing labor costs.
