The cutting head amplifier usually works based on the principle of electronic circuits. For example, during the cutting process, the sensor monitors the distance between the cutting head and the material surface in real time, and the amplifier amplifies this distance signal and outputs it stably, allowing the control system to accurately control the cutting head to always maintain a suitable height for cutting.
Improve system response speed: It helps to speed up the response speed of the cutting head to various signal changes. When the cutting process parameters change or the material surface becomes uneven, the amplifier can quickly amplify the relevant signals and transmit them to the control system, so that the cutting head can quickly make corresponding adjustments, such as quickly changing the focus position or adjusting the cutting speed, to adapt to different cutting conditions and improve cutting efficiency and quality.
