The laser generation and cutting principle of the semi-automatic loading fiber laser cutting machine is the same as that of the ordinary fiber laser cutting machine. Both use fiber laser to generate a high-energy-density laser beam, which is transmitted by the fiber and focused by the cutting head to melt and vaporize the metal material instantly. At the same time, the cutting head moves along the preset path to achieve cutting. The difference lies in the loading link, which requires manual placement of the material at a specific loading position, and then the material is automatically transported to the cutting area through the conveying device of the equipment.

Feeding device

Usually consists of conveyor belts, rollers, positioning devices, etc. The plate or pipe is placed on the conveyor belt manually, the rollers rotate to drive the material forward, and the positioning device ensures that the material is accurately transported to the starting position for cutting. For example, some pipe cutting machines have adjustable loading racks that can accommodate pipes of different diameters.

Laser cutting system

Mechanical transmission system
