Workpiece surface
The air-cooled fiber laser welding machine uses a fiber laser to generate a high-energy-density laser beam. The laser beam is transmitted to the welding head through an optical fiber and focused on the surface of the workpiece to be welded.
Workpiece connection
After the laser energy is absorbed by the workpiece, the workpiece surface melts rapidly to form a molten pool. As the laser beam moves, the molten pool cools and solidifies, thus achieving the connection of the workpieces.
