Rolling platform fiber laser cutting machine
The rolling platform fiber laser cutting machine uses a fiber laser to generate a high-energy-density laser beam. The laser beam is transmitted to the cutting head through the optical fiber, and then focused by the optical elements in the cutting head and irradiated onto the surface of the metal sheet, causing the sheet to melt or vaporize rapidly. At the same time, the rolling platform drives the sheet to move along the preset cutting path, and auxiliary gas is ejected from the cutting head to blow the melted or vaporized material away from the cutting area, thereby forming a cutting seam and realizing the cutting process of the metal sheet.
Cutting head
It is a key component to realize the cutting function, usually including focusing lens, protective lens, nozzle, etc. The focusing lens focuses the laser beam onto the surface of the plate, the protective lens prevents dust and other pollutants from entering the optical path system, and the nozzle is used to spray auxiliary gas to protect the cutting area from oxidation and help slag removal.
Rolling Platform
It consists of a motor, a reducer, rollers, guide rails, etc. The motor drives the rollers to rotate through the reducer, driving the plate to move on the guide rails to achieve the feeding movement of cutting. The rolling platform has high precision, high speed and high load capacity, which can ensure the smooth transportation and precise cutting of the plate.
CNC system
It is used to control various components of the laser cutting machine, including laser power, cutting speed, cutting path, auxiliary gas flow and other parameters. The operator inputs cutting instructions and parameters through the human-machine interface of the CNC system, and the CNC system controls the operation of the equipment according to these instructions to achieve automatic cutting.
Auxiliary gas system
Provide auxiliary gases required in the cutting process, such as oxygen, nitrogen, etc. Different gases are suitable for different materials and cutting processes. For example, oxygen can be used for high-speed cutting of carbon steel, which can accelerate the combustion reaction and increase the cutting speed; nitrogen can be used for cutting materials such as stainless steel to prevent oxidation of the cutting surface and obtain better cutting quality.
High cutting accuracy
The laser beam has a small focused spot, which can achieve high-precision cutting. The cutting seam width is narrow, generally around 0.1 - 0.3mm, and the cutting size accuracy can reach within ±0.1mm, which is suitable for processing parts with high precision requirements.
Fast cutting speed
Compared with traditional cutting methods such as flame cutting, plasma cutting, etc., the cutting speed of rolling platform fiber laser cutting machine is greatly improved. For example, the cutting speed of 1mm thick stainless steel plate can reach several meters per minute or even higher, which greatly improves production efficiency.
