坡口光纤激光切割机
坡口光纤激光切割机是在传统激光切割机基础上，通过五轴联动切割头 + 角度控制技术实现金属板材边缘坡口加工的设备，可一次性完成 “切割 + 坡口” 复合工艺，广泛用于焊接预处理、管件拼接等场景。其技术特性围绕 “角度精度、工艺集成、效率提升” 展开，以下从核心结构、工艺能力、应用场景等维度详细解析
切割头技术升级
五轴联动机构：集成 X/Y/Z 轴平移与 A/C 轴旋转（A 轴 ±45° 倾斜，C 轴 360° 旋转），支持 0-60° 任意角度坡口加工，角度控制精度 ±0.5°（如 30°V 型坡口误差≤0.3°）
双光路聚焦系统：内置可切换的平行光与聚焦光模式，平行光用于坡口斜面切割（能量均匀分布），聚焦光用于底板穿透，典型光斑直径 0.1-0.3mm（适配 0.5-30mm 板材）
工作台与支撑设计
浮动支撑装置：台面配置气动顶针或弹性支撑块，随切割头移动自动调整支撑位置，防止板材因坡口切割产生的应力变形（变形量≤0.2mm/m）。
碎屑收集系统：切割区域下方设负压吸尘装置，配合倾斜导流板，将坡口加工产生的金属屑快速排出（收集效率≥95%）。
