Use fiber laser to generate high energy density laser beam, which is transmitted to the cutting head via optical fiber.

The optical element in the cutting head focuses the laser beam onto the surface of the metal pipe, causing the pipe to melt or vaporize quickly. At the same time, the transmission system of the equipment drives the pipe to move along the preset cutting path, and auxiliary gas is ejected from the cutting head to blow the melted or vaporized material away from the cutting area, forming a cutting seam, thereby achieving the cutting of the metal pipe.

Laser generation system

It includes fiber laser and power supply, which is the core part of generating laser and providing energy for cutting.

Optical system

It is composed of optical components such as reflectors and lenses. It is responsible for transmitting the laser beam from the laser to the cutting head and focusing the beam to ensure that the laser acts on the pipe in the best state.

Cutting head

Feeding and positioning device
