It focuses on the cutting, punching and beveling of round tubes, square tubes, rectangular tubes and special-shaped tubes (such as elliptical tubes and hexagonal tubes), and supports complex trajectory processing such as tube end face cutting, intersection line cutting and branch pipe splicing holes.
Product Intro
Use fiber laser to generate high energy density laser beam, which is transmitted to the cutting head via optical fiber.
The optical element in the cutting head focuses the laser beam onto the surface of the metal pipe, causing the pipe to melt or vaporize quickly. At the same time, the transmission system of the equipment drives the pipe to move along the preset cutting path, and auxiliary gas is ejected from the cutting head to blow the melted or vaporized material away from the cutting area, forming a cutting seam, thereby achieving the cutting of the metal pipe.
Laser generation system
It includes fiber laser and power supply, which is the core part of generating laser and providing energy for cutting.
Optical system
It is composed of optical components such as reflectors and lenses. It is responsible for transmitting the laser beam from the laser to the cutting head and focusing the beam to ensure that the laser acts on the pipe in the best state.
Cutting head
It includes focusing lens, protective lens, nozzle, etc. The focusing lens focuses the laser beam on the surface of the tube, the protective lens prevents dust from polluting the light path, and the nozzle is used to spray auxiliary gas.
Drivetrain
It is usually composed of a servo motor, a reducer, a guide rail, a roller, etc. The servo motor drives the roller to rotate through the reducer, driving the pipe to move on the guide rail to achieve the feeding motion of cutting.
Control System
It is used to control various components of the laser cutting machine, including laser power, cutting speed, cutting path, auxiliary gas flow and other parameters. The operator inputs cutting instructions and parameters through the human-machine interface, and the system controls the operation of the equipment according to the instructions.
Feeding and positioning device
Semi-automatic metal fiber laser tube cutting machines are equipped with certain feeding devices, such as semi-automatic tube conveying racks, which can automatically convey tubes to the cutting position, and also have positioning devices to ensure that the tubes are accurately aligned before cutting. However, compared with fully automatic equipment, manual participation is still required in the loading and unloading of tubes and some operating links.
